4. 3GPP Progress and Status of Activities- The Secretary presented a summary of the Features and Studies which are contained within Releases 10 and 11 - Together with a Gantt chart showing the progress made in completing them
5. Approval of 3GPP Work Programme
- The Secretary presented a list of the new Features which were proposed for inclusion in the 3GPP Work Programme and those which were proposed for deletion

6. Attention to transposing of LTE-Advanced
- It was noted that ITU-R document 487Rev1ev2 provided clarification on the process to be followed and that the versions to be transposed were those which become available in June 2011- It was also noted that the Organizational Partners would need to ensure that they are in compliance with the ITU IPR Requirements and related business matters

1. 3GPP2 FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR YEAR 2011- An operating budget of $1,093,000 has been set for the year 2011- Each participating OP is responsible for a fixed OP participation fee of $35,000- An equitable division will be made across all OPs to cover the $918,000 based on the total number of Individual Members
