2) GOVERNMENT SHOULD OWN THE PROJECT AND EXECUTE WITH EITHER WITH THE HELP FROM WORLD BANK OR ON BOT BASIS
3) CONTRIBUTION FROM THE INDUSTRIES LOCATED IN THE REGION
4) DEVELOPMENT OF RIVER SIDE BANKS AS A PICNIC SPOT

SALIENT FEATURES OF NCB ISSUED BY AHMEDABAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR RAISING OF FUND FOR CIVIC PROJECTA) NON CONVERTIBLE BONDS ISSUED IN THE YEAR 1998. Fund Raised : Rs. 100 Crores. Duration : 7 Years Nature of Bond : Public Bond. Rate of Interest : 14 %.
