To fit 12 Barbie or other fashion dolls

Materials: approx 30g 4ply yarn maincolour. Scrap of contrast colourCrochet hook no 3mm, hook no 2mm (orsize to match tension)

Tension: (Gauge) 22sts x 25 rows to 4over dc (check your tension and usesuitable size hook)

Abbreviations:Dc: double crochet (US single crochet),tr: treble crochet, (US double crochet)ch: chain, sl st: slip stitch.

Note:This dress is worked from the top down.Work all dc through the back loop only fora softer fabric, work clusters through both

loops

DressUsing no 3mm hook and main colourmake 26 chain,Working in rounds work 6 rounds in dcNext round: sl st to first dc, 3ch (countsas 1

tr), 2 tr in same dc, (miss 1 dc, 3 tr in

next dc) to end. (12 clusters)Next round: ss to top of 3ch, ss into nexttr, 3ch, 2 tr in same tr, (3tr into middle tr

of next cluster) repeat to endRepeat last round 4 times.

Next Round: work as last round working5 trs per clusterRepeat last round 3 times. Fasten offyarn

Straps (make 2)Using no 3mm hook make 24 ch, work 1row dc. Fasten off yarn

To finishStitch straps on to neckline as shown inphoto. Neaten all ends

Bag

Using no 2mm hook and main colour,make 13 chain. Dc along first side ofchain then continue along bottom side ofchain to make 26 dc.Continue in rounds work 5 more rounds

Change to contrast yarn and work 3roundsNext round: miss next dc, dc 12 miss nextdc, dc to end. Fasten off yarn

StrapMake 24 chain. Work one row dc.Fasten off. Stitch strap to bag.
