Within the Esca menu, we have made recommendations for wine and food matches as guidelines for your convenience, however for the ultimate wine and food experience we recommend you try our Tasting menu. If, on the other hand, you would prefer to create your own match, all our Bimbadgen wines are available by the glass.

As wine lovers ourselves, we are also pleased to offer a broad selection of wines from other top Hunter Valley producers, Australian wine regions further afield, and iconic wine growing areas around the world – it is this breadth of quality inclusions which saw our wine list awarded ‘One Glass’ for six consecutive years as part of

the Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year Awards.
