Mr. and Mrs. Archie Light for the past month, returned to her home in Burlington. Wis., last week. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Cournyer of Tjtnsiny were guests at the Ausun-O'- Connor home Sunday and Monday. Mr. and Mrs. M. S. Bloom of Rock- ford have moved to Sparta. They are living in the Frank Pease house on Division Street. Mr. Bloom has charge of the W. P. A. work on the new ath- letic field at Willow Park. Members of the Maccabees and theLr friends will hold a card party at the Hllding LaVine home on Friday eve- ning at eight o'clock. Mrs. Earl Stauffer began her teach- ing duties at the Manchester school Tuesday with about twenty-five pupils present. Mr. and Mrs. O. B. Watson were pleasantly surprised Thursday evening when twenty-two or their friends en- tertained them with a pot-luck supper at the Avery Anderson cottage at Hess Lake.
