Bestrend Ventures Corporation has its origin back in 2011 when a dedicated

Construction Operations Manager decided to put up his own construction company here when

he sees that construction industry in the Philippines is at its peak and a very good opportunity

awaits him.

After completing the Design and Construction of Maxim Hotel on 2010 located in

Pasay City whom the Operations Manager then headed a team in satisfactory finishing the said

Hotel, he gathered together a group of men and women, proven in their fields of expertise, that

will help him in achieving his goal of providing a principles of customer satisfaction in every

project that he will do.

Slowly the group was being transformed into a cohesive team, each member with

different backgrounds, from designing houses, trouble shooting of poorly constructed units by

previous contractors, repair and renovation , customer handling, civil and electrical engineering.

The result ,a small but complete and efficient team capable of handling complex and diverse

project developments.

Bestrend Ventures Co., which the group was then known was established on

December 01, 2010 and was upgraded to Bestrend Ventures Corporation on December 21, 2011.

The main goal of this company is to see each client fully satisfied of the outcome of

every project that will be entrusted to this company.
