(a) The applicant has to pay application fee before staring the
application submission process.
(b) The applicant can see the fee details from the home page of
the admissions portal.
(c) A link for Online Application Fee Payment Link is given in the
home page of the Admissions Portal.

An Instruction Manual (in English & in Tamil) has been given in the Online Payments page
for guiding the users in making successfully online payment. Read the manual first and
then make the online payment.
Step 2 : Application Fee Payment (Online)
Four different Bank’s gateways are provided by the University for making online payment.
The user can choose anyone to make the payment. The Banks, Payment Categories and
Payment Ref. No. names are given below.
• Payment Category: University Dept. Application Fee
• Ref. No.: SBI Collect Ref. No.
• Category: Not Applicable for Axis bank.
• Ref. No. : URN Number
• Category: University Dept. Application Fees.

Important Notification
Candidates are instructed to read the payment
instructions fully before making online payment. After
the payment is made the payment receipt has to be
kept safe so as to upload the receipt during the
application submission. The Ref. No. has is also needed
to complete the application submission.

Important Notification
If your transaction has failed or timed out while
making an online payment, wait for 24-48 hours
for the Bank to clear that. Then, the application
can be submitted after getting the receipt. No
need to Panic.

(a) As the payment has been made successfully, its now time to
start submitting your application.
(b) The applicant has to select the correct programme category
(PG & PG Diploma / Integrated / Bvoc. BCA / Diploma,
Certificate) link to start the application submission.
(c) All links are given in the home page of the Admissions Portal.

After Completing the first four parts, the portal will
take you automatically to the uploads page. In this
page, an application number will be generated and
displayed. The applicant has to upload the
necessary documents in this page. With this page,
the application submission process gets completed.

Step 4 : Login View and Edit
By Selecting the Programme Category, Application Number and Date
of Birth, the applicant can login to the portal to see the submitted
application and make changes to the application (if necessary).

The dashboard will show the application number, View App. Button
and the Edit option. The edit button enables the applicant to make
changes in the application.

1. The edit option allows the applicant to change few the data
submitted in the application. This has to be done before the
stipulated last date for application submission.
2. Certain information can not be edited. For example, the
programme / course applied can not be edited. Photograph,
subject-wise marks can not be edited. The documents uploaded can
be sent to the concerned department by email if the applicant is
asked to do so by the department during the time of admission and
