Al centro delle politiche energetiche vi è l’efficienza in edilizia. Ovvero come risparmiare energia costruendo, ristrutturando e dotando gli edifici di sistemi che non solo consumano poca energia, ma che addirittura sono in grado di produrne. Costruendo edifici energeticamente effi-cienti è possibile risparmiare fino al 90% sui consumi di energia rispetto a una casa “normale, e ri-durre di conseguenza le emissioni di CO2 dovute all’uso di combustibili per il riscaldamento. Una casa normale perde circa il 20%-25% del calore attraverso le finestre. Esistono diversi standard per la realizzazione di edifici energeticamente efficienti come PassivHaus in Germania o Minergie in Svizzera, in cui la classificazione degli edifici avviene indicando il fabbisogno energetico annuo. Una casa normale in Italia consuma per il riscaldamento 160kWh per metro quadro annuo, men-tre un edificio energeticamente efficiente arriva a mala pena a 70kWh per metro quadro annuo. Questo è solo un minimo, in realtà in Italia si raggiungono già livelli più bassi di consumo energetico attraverso il sistema CasaClima che indica per la classe B un fabbisogno ener-getico per riscaldamento inferiore 50 kWh/m2a, e per la classe A inferiore 30 kWh/m2a. Il ruolo delle finestre è centrale, consentono di sfruttare il calore del sole e di evitare al calore interno di disperdersi all’esterno. La loro capacità termoisolante è il parametro di riferimento per valutare l’idoneità a far parte di una CasaClima. Per concorrere al risparmio energetico produciamo il modello 93 mm dalle elevate performance termiche adatto a ricevere vetri da 50 mm. Si tratta di un serramento con una trasmittanza termica molto bassa compresa tra 0,8 e 0,9 W/mqK, rispettando ampiamente gli standard di CasaClima A che richiede Uw inferiore a 1,3 W/mqK.

Saving energy is the centre of energetic policy. It means to save energy making, restoring and adding constructions of low energy systems. Building low energy structures, it is possible to save the 90% of the energy compared to a “normal” house, and reduce the CO2 emissions caused by heating sy-stems. A house can lose 20-25% of internal heat through the windows. There are different standards to make low energy buildings, like PassivHaus in Germany or Minergie in Switzerland, that make the classification of buildings with the annual energy consumption for square meter. In Italy the average consumption for traditionally-built houses is about 160 kWh/m2a, while a low-energy building can reach the 70 kWh/m2a. This is only a minimum, in fact in Italy we can reach better results according to CasaClima system, that indicates for class B a heating annual consumption lower than 50 kWh/m2a and for class A lower than 30 kWh/m2a. Windows play an important role in the house construction system, avoiding energy loss and letting sun light come in. The thermal transmittance is the parameter that permits to measure the correspondence to Casa Clima standards. We contribute to energy saving by designing the high insulation 93 mm model, that can receive 50 mm glass. E’ infatti possibile motorizzare finestre e per-siane, ad esempio quando sono in posizione scomoda per un’apertura manuale, oppure elettri-ficare tende inserite all’interno dell’intercapedine della vetrocamera e zanzariere. Possono essere previsti contatti elettrici sui serramenti per il controllo dello stato-finestra e accessori che diventano parte integrante del vostro impianto d’allarme. SmartSystem può tenerVi co-stantemente aggiornati sulla situazione dei serramenti della vostra abitazione: potrete ad esempio collegarvi con l’uso del vostro telefono cellulare e controllare che non ci siano finestre aperte in caso di temporale improvviso, oppure nell’eventualità che scatti l’allarme, saprete quale serramento è stato attaccato o lasciato aperto.
