Corrigendum

In Column B items are to put in 6 categorizes, i.e. (1) Plates, (2) Flanges, (3) Hardware, (4) Gasket, (5) Pipe & (6) Others. (All rows should be of flange, then all rows of plates & so on).

Additional details against these items will now be put in Column C, i.e. against Plate in column B, you can mention Dish End in column C, against flange in column B you can mention reducing flange in column C.

The existing Column C details (material) will get shifted to Column D.

The existing Column D details (thickness, length, size etc) are to be put in separate columns, in column E onwards as under:

(1) Plates:Column E: Thickness

Column F: Length

Column G: Width.

(2) Flanges:

Column H: NB

Column I: Class

Column J: Schedule.

(3) Hardware:

Column F: Length

Column K: Size

(4) Gasket:

Column H: NB

Column I: Class.

(5) Pipe:

Column H: NB

Column I: Class.

(6) Others:

May use any relevant of above columns or may put details in column L, M etc.Note: The earlier & now revised format of BOM is just illustrative & actual format will be provided at time of placing Purchase Order. The BOM shall be in Excel format only.
