The Corella & Bertram F. Bonner Foundation
The mission of the Bonner Scholars and Bonner Leaders Programs is to transform the lives of students and
members, the life of their campuses, their local communities, and the
world through service and leadership.
The Bonner Program consists of approximately 20 students who work within the community at various sites for a two year period
Students also participate in regular training and reflection activities sponsored by the campus, their community partners, and the Bonner Foundation
Contribute 900 hours of community service to local non-profits Attend various conferences & trainings throughout the country Adventure-based, experiential activities to explore leadership and
entrepreneurial risk-taking Developing awareness of social justice issues, where respect and
understanding for cultural diversity is nurtured Opportunities to participate in community-based research (CBR) projects
with faculty and community partners
AND WE HAVE FUN TOO!!!
