On behalf of AIESEC in Portgual I am really proud that you got interested to take the opportunity of applying as an MC CEEDer for AIESEC in Portugal in GCDPo area. The CEEDership is going to happen in November - December. Please keep in mind that the MC CEEDership program in GCDP OGX is a great opportunity to develop a national view, promote your country for potential candidates and understand how to work in a different culture.

CEED Application Process
1) Read carefully this Booklet with Job
Description, Benefits and Requirements. 2) All the applicants for the position need to fill:

The selection process will be structured like this:
- Deadline App: 8th October
- Interviews: 9th and 10th October

CEEDership Details
The CEEDership will last around 4 to 6 weeks and
preferred days are from 15th November until 15th
December 2012. Anyway the exactdays and period
can vary, after mutual agreement with the
Portuguese MC, for visa or other similar reasons.
The working days will be from Monday until Friday
included and the average working time per week is
25h hours. Saturday and Sunday is free with
possible exceptions due to conference or others.
The benefits of the CEEDersip are:
- Accommodation provided;
- 250€ for flight tickets;
- Office working space provided;
- Internet access in the office;
- Opportunity to be FACI in OPS;
- Participating in National Congress in
December;
- Working in 4 different LCs from different
cities.

OGX CEED Job Description
• Responsible for supporting Vice-Presidents of
Outgoing Excahange recruitment, selection and
matching strategies for both GIP and GCDP.
• Your main responsibility: ensuring trainning,
recruitment, matching and development of short
and long-term of EP pipeline of AIESEC in Portugal
Your main goals and deliverables will be:
• Support the OCP Recruitment in a formal selective
EP process into the organization, implementing
GIP/GCDP strategies for the exchange process
efficiency inside the LC.
• Do a preparation booklet from your country to
deliver to EPs.
• Support the preparation and delivery of OPS.
• Develop, lecture and support classes presentations
and other promotion activities.
We are looking for:
• Experience in recruitment processes
• ICX and OGX flows knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Effectiveness and high sense of action
