Appraisal and Processing Note: Edward Bruner had not preserved most of his correspondence as well as records regarding University committee work or professional engagements. Before their transfer to the archives, professor Bruner appraised his slides with archivist Susanne Belovari at his home and weeded many of the earlier slides (before his professional turn to studying tourism). Duplicates, secondary literature, reprints, personal materials were weeded; only a selection of course materials were kept. Publication titles/citations were copied from his CV. Oversized maps were taken from Box 13 and stored in oversize folders. Books in Boxes 25-28 are stored flat. Pre-processing by John French, processing by Sarah Harris in 2017/2018; supervised by Susanne Belovari.
