why does solar
pay off now?Solar immediately lowers or
eliminates your monthly electric bill! JTS will provide you with a
comprehensive analysis showing the saving generated by a new
photo voltaic solar system.
Instead of renting your electricity from your utility
company, you can now have your own clean energy solar system.
Producing your own clean energyis environmentally friendly,
financially rewarding, and reduces your dependence on local and
state utility companies. INTERNAL RATE OF RETURN

MODULAR DESIGN AFFORDS 2 STRUCTURAL SYSTEMSSHEAR WALL (Simple lateral resistive system)Typical plywood diaphram with studsDefined openingsNo special testingMajority of school facilities use this systemHigh energy performance (wood is a good insulator)Very cost effective to buildLimited to length and width ratiosLimited size
MOMENT FRAME (Complex lateral resistive system)
All steel constructionRequires special testing
Requires special inspections (Mil certifications)Superior flexibility
Unlimited size
Layout designs no longer confined to 12' wide x 40' long. Revised transportation limits allow for 15' wide x 72' long x 18' high, giving you the opportunity to experiment with more creative design options. Curved walls or more intricate shapes are no longer outside the realm of possibility.
Think about end-use before you define your structural system. A media center may not need a lot of exterior glass & may be well-suited for shear wall.
HOLD FAST TO MODULAR ALTERNATIVES
addit ional featuresPHOTO VOLTAIC SOLAR SYSTEMSThe ultimate in affordable renewable energy systems is now available at JTS! JTS has a factory authorized direct designer and installer of PV solar panels, inverters and components. Our solar option is offered on all of our new modular buildings. Ask our sales representatives for more information.
Our system is a Direct-to-grid System that supplements your utility needs during occupancy or banks your extra energy by returning it to the grid. Your electric meter actually spins backwards! While your buildings are not in use during the summer months, your PV system is working for you by selling kilowatt hours back to your utility company.
Most energy providers now offer significant rebates for an alternative energy system and, of course we can’t ignore the environmental benefits provided by clean, free sunshine.
JTS has changed the standards in modular manufacturing. COMMON EXPECTATION: Modular buildings are poorly constructed, non-energy efficient grey boxes built as a temporary solution.
TRUTH: Permanent modular building having limitless design capabilities and precision engineering with indistinguishable characteristics as site-built buildings.

After going with JTS Modular’s permanent modular buildings, why would I ever go back to
site built? e quality is just as good, if not better, and it is significantly less expensive
than conventional construction.
KSUD was able to maximes their space, add additional structures, increase their green areas, decrease their carbon footprint and save over $5,000,000 by switching to a permanent modular campus instead of site built. Now...so can you!
