Why the BRON-HO project
• From the point of view of the government:
• implementation of a law
• replacing a 30 years old register with a new register (BRON-HO)
• replacing batch exchange by XML-messages
• From the point of view of the educational institutions:
• improving the (total) process of enrolment of students and
determination of funding of institutions
• supporting this process with web services, 24/7
• reduction of administrative burden
• improvement of data quality and services to students
