ARCHICAD PLUGIN

EasyConstruction BIM App is a plug-in that directly interfaces ARCHICAD with the TeamSystem Cloud platform EasyCoonstruction and puts them in communication with each other with a direct, dynamic and bidirectional link between ARCHICAD creating a unique link between the Listings items and the Families or the Individual Instances (ID) of ARCHICAD , no export, no intermediate interchange file, no IFC, the Plug-in generates and updates the calculation in real time directly from inside ARCHICAD with a click.

� The plugin will allow the user to group objects by type. For example, we need to group objects by dimensions (below an image with an example)

� The plugin will allow the user to hide or show objects already linked to items; to filter objects linked to a specific item, to filter objects without items.

� The plugin will allow the user to Manage relations between object and relative voids (in this way the user could we in the estimate Net or Gross Quantities) a. To Manage conditions in formula (subtraction voids >2 sqm)

� The plugin will read objects quantities and will allow the user to Calculate item quantities about materials and objects using their properties

� for example … Material.Thickness * Wall.Area� The plugin will allow the user to filter “category” of objects, for example filter all the walls built with bricks… � The plugin will allow the user to store Takeoff rules in catalogue to permit the reusing in different projects

Rule = item + Formula (based on properties) + filter (filter = ex: internal Wallthickness 10 cm)

� The plugin will allow the user to manage the associations from Object Custom Properties (Storey, Building, ...) to estimate custom fields (ex: WBS): the report generated by the plugin will organize quantities (from objects) in different floors (see attached file EXAMPLE.XLS).

� The plugin will allow the user to export the Bill of Quantities to our Product (API Server) in a new estimate or as update of an existing estimate.
