CLUB VOUCHERS Please note that the Committee advises that Club Vouchers that have been presented as prizes from Shows, can be used for purchase of goods from the Sales Table and also for the payment of membership. If any members receive vouchers from Ezi-Grow Orchids, and are unable to pick up their prize, Ian Gilmore has offered to assist.

Sales Table: A reminder that all your orchid needs can be obtained through the Club on meeting

mornings. If you need to pre-order any orchid bark or Perlite, please contact Norm Martin. All other supplies such as pots, fertilisers, orchid clips, hanging pots, etc will be available on meeting morning.

Orchid bark supplies will be stored and available from the Club’s shed in Halifax.

Please contact Norm Martin to arrange any purchases and pick up from Shed. Please note that the pickup is at Norm’s discretion.

As discussed at the November BOS club meeting the club will subsidise meals by $10 a head for

R Winch related that Margaret River Orchid Society have a lunch out and the club subsides the meal by $10 per member. ACTION: Bunbury Orchid Society organize a lunch and subsides members meals by $10 per member. Motion: R Winch, Seconded M Nelson Result all in favour WAROO / OWA AGM scheduled for the 17th of November in Mandurah OWA / WAROO constitution update Mentioned the meeting to discuss the constitution had happened on the 3rd of November.
