ADVANCED THINKING continues to raise the bar on the Romanian Business Improvement market starting with the yearly Lean Six Sigma OPEN training at the Black Belt Plus level, now embedding the latest developments, approaches and tools adapted to the new market realities.

OBJECTIVES – PARTICIPANTS ABLE TO:

The training contains 15 intensive days divided into 4 modules, as follows:

I: 29-31 Oct 2015 – Setting up the thinking direction;II: 18-21 Nov 2015 – Understand our businesses, processes, products and services;III: 09-12 Dec 2015 – Make them better;IV: 27-30 January 2016 – Control the risk and go beyond.

TRAINING CURRICULLUM

Will cover all internationally recognized requirements and will prepare the participants for any worldwide Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, independent of the participant’s option and certification entities.

The body of knowledge is adapted to the most recognized worldwide certification bodies like American Society of Quality, Six Sigma ISO standards, Six Sigma Academy as well as to the internal certifications taking place within multinationals Companies and Consultancy Companies which organize certifications.

If you choose to get certified with us, please note that at Advanced Thinking we are organizing LSS certifications all levels – Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt.

TRAINING MATERIALS

Training materials will be delivered electronically in the first day of each module. The training is held in Romanian language, and some of the materials will be written in English, to assist your preparation to participate and be competitive in any team worldwide. Participants will need a laptop with Minitab installed (graphical and statistical analyze of data). At minimum, free30 days trial version will be well suited for module 2 and 3.

DELIVERY MODE

Will be workshop style, balancing 40% theory through lecture and presentations and 60% practice and interactive learning, which helps the attendance of any interested person - regardless of background or experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Usually the hiring’s at the international level requires, in addition to training and the theoretical exam , the successful completion of 2 projects within a coached environment by Master Black Belts or experienced Black Belts. Advanced Thinking can support you and your Organization with the necessary project selection support as wel as personal & professional coaching towards your project based certification goals.

AFTER TRAINING GRADUATION

1. Participation Diploma from Advanced Thinking is awarded.

2. Obtain the Certification for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level with Advanced Thinking , under the international recognized conditions previously mentioned.

3. We can support you in competing for any worldwide certification you might want, anywhere in the world, as explained in the note above.

4. Upon request, our organisation is qualified to facilitate access to IASSC LSS Black Belt Certification.

5. Upon request, the participants can be examined to obtain a Certification issued by ANC (National Authority for Certification) - for the qualification “Process Improvement Manager“.

6. The training is just the begining of this year’s Business Improvement Program, more information will be provided in version B of this document, starting september 2015.

PRICE

To facilitate the participation, the payment methods can vary, as follows:

• Standard price is 1.800 Euro + VAT/ participant, 500 Euro must be paid until 1st of October 2015, the rest can be paid equally, 5 days prior every module start date.

• 1650 Euro + VAT/ Participant - 2 participants from the same Company or group of people;

• 1.500 Euro + VAT/ participant - 3 participants from the same Company or group of people;

• For more than 3 participants from the same Company or group of people, the price will be negotiated separately.

• For Bachelors, Masters, PhD students and teachers all levels price will be negotiated separately.

If there are participants interested in having other colleagues joining them for different “standalone” sections of the training – for example: Advanced Voice of Customers, Measurement System Analysis, Risk Management - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Regression Analysis, Design Of Experiment, Statistical Process Control Charts, Process Capability etc. it is possible and will be negotiated separately
