According to Dr. Wahab, the Director of the Institute of BusinessAdministration, the motivating force behind the private businessschools is the high profit, therefore, these institutes lack the interestin providing facilities required for a quality business education

Traditionally, when talking about business schools, finance andmarketing are the areas that always come to mind, but with themushrooming of different schools in recent years, the emphasis isshifting from traditional business education to economics,technology, engineering, commerce, law and medicine.

The implicit specialization, that has already emerged, is thatacademic business schools are offering long-term programmeswhich lead to degrees, but with the increase in the competition, andat the broadest level, some of these universities now offer degreesin executive programmes requiring attendance during the weekendsand for periods of between three and four months only.

In Pakistan, teachers must be reminded about professionalism andapprised with the benefits and exposure of possessing all about theirimportant factors.

Universities need to put teachers where ever they are required.

Universities need to lower the burden of extra assignments asteacher could focus on his particular job.

Universities ensure English language environment in businessschools and ask teachers to follow the same as it grows much

exposure for future managers.

Universities must facilitate teachers with training and development opportunities.

Conclusion

Business education in Pakistan is not new but most of businessinstitutions could not achieve the required mark in imparting qualityeducation.

Though our system has knowledge and affordability of improvementyet teachers and department heads reluctant to implement becauseof the culture and lethargic behavior in the marketplace.

Pakistani teachers have lesser inspiration to update because ofimproper reward systems which make them to go at various other

job assignments to supplement to their economic conditions asvisiting faculty culture. In this regard, the government must regulateand ask HEC to ensure that teachers are highly paid as they couldfocus on research activities.
