Approach to Pharmaceutical ProjectsOur toolbox
Project Management Process – Flow chartUnique Project Management Tool Box
C3 Projects has developed a ‘gateway’ Project Management
Process Flowchart which provides a structured methodology to
delivering projects and implementing ‘gateway hold points’. The
process steps and hold points provide projects controls and
defined decision points to ensure the scope, budget and
programme requirements are achieved.
.
:
Our approach is to implement fully integrated or stand-
alone cost and programme management processes and
procedures on Pharmaceutical and Engineering
projects. Our success is underpinned by approaching
each project as a one-off. We initiate the process by
developing and implementing a best practice project
life-cycle gateway management procedure. This
process provides strategic hold points and the
foundation for robust project controls to ensure the
delivery of the project within the agreed project-specific
objectives and critical success factors.
The core of our service delivery is our unique approach
to embedding risk management and value management
into the project delivery process. We have developed a
‘best of breed’ web-based risk management software
package to provide an accessible hub for the whole
project team to collaborate in the continuous
management of the project risk. Our risk-based
approach to developing project budgets and
programmes with clearly defined and transparent
contingencies ensures our projects are delivered within
time and on budget on a continuous basis.
