Helping our members serve the public since 1981 Creating a powerful voice for PA/PG/PCs to help them better serve California’s most vulnerable dependent adults and decedent estates Founded in 1969 to help support the growing number of services Public Administrators, Public Guardians and Public Conservators provide the 58 counties within California, the Association: Develops and supports education and training programs that provide professional levels of competency for our members Advocates for policies within the state of California that will further the mission of the organization CERTIFICATION As a designated certifying body for all Public Administrators, Public Guardians and Public Conservators, we provide a variety of professional trainings to help prepare our members to meet the rigorous demands of the job. NETWORKING Through the Association’s website, private forums and conferences, members have the opportunity to communicate and network about policies, funding and other issues faced by PA/PG/PC staff within the state. This offers the ability to learn from peers in other counties and receive support for this challenging work. LEGISLATIVE EDUCATION The Association provides members with up-to-date information affecting Administrator, Guardianship and Conservator programs within California. Membership provides the opportunity to support legal advocates for this unique field as well as support legislative initiatives that help support our mission.
