4.5.1 | otHer Work ManageMent sYsteMsOzcon Engineering has a comprehensiveworkflowmanagement system and our QualityManagementSystem isallencompassing.Each item,componentorpieceof rawmaterialis tracked from themanufacturer through to the end user.Our system allows for 100%accountabilityandrecordseveryprocessateverystepfromstarttofinish.Ourordertrackingsystem is a component of thisworkflowmanagement system and allows for immediateresponsetoanyclientqueryaswellasdailytraceability.

4.6.1 | relationsHiPs & CoMMuniCationOzconEngineering’ssalesteammaintainsregularcommunicationwithourclientstoensurethattheyarekeptuptodatewithanychangesordelaystotheirproductsupply.It isthisgoodcommunicationthathasseenushavelong-termworkingrelationshipswithsomeoftheworld’slargestenergyandminingcompanies.Wealsocontactclientsinadvanceofwhenwethinktheymayneedgoodstoensurethatthereisnoissuewithsupplywhentheyneedtoordertheirgoods.

Ozcon Engineering regularly requests feedback fromour clients (at aminimumof annually) to ensurewe aremaintainingthehigh-levelofcustomerservicethatwearefocusedonprovidingandtoidentifyanyopportunitiesforimprovementthatmayhavearisen.

4.6.2 | resPonsivenessResponding toclient requestspromptlyandefficiently isvery important toallatOzconEngineeringandourstaffendeavours to do this wherever possible. The OzconEngineering sales team aims to have quotations sent toclientswithin 48 hours of quotation request, or by thecloseofbusinessonthenextworkingdayifrequestsaresent on the weekend or on public holidays. Our SalesManager is available for calls24hoursperday to assistwithanyissuesthatmayariseforaclientonsite.

Customer complaints are dealtwith as soon as possibleandhave thehighest priority until the issue is resolved.Wealsotakethefindingsandsolutionsafteracustomercomplaintandapplythesetoourplanningandproductionsystemstopreventre-occurrence.

4.6.3 | Continuous iMProveMent & innovationOzcon Engineering has a keen focus on improvement and innovation and continualimprovementprincipalsarepromotedwithinOzconEngineeringasweseethisasbeingacriticalcomponentofremainingaheadofthecurve.WeundertakeregularreviewsofoursystemstoidentifyanypotentialopportunityimprovementsandmaintainaCorrectiveandPreventativeActionsdatabaseinwhichwerecordthesefindings.
