DESCRIPTION

Caregiver Occupational Stress Control (CgOSC) is a Navy Medicine initiative to provide a standardized primary prevention and recognition program to help prevent stress injuries, compassion fatigue, and burnout among caregivers, reduce the stigma of seeking mental health care, and provide information to promote self-care and resilience.
