The Best Sneakers is a store selling footwear unique in terms of design and colours. The store name refers to a footwear type ("sneakers"), popular with young people. The target group comprises people aged 15-30.This information was of utmost importance when developing the strategy of store creation and communication with prospective customers.

Comarch Optima software

COMARCH OPTIMA SOFTWARE

Using the integrator, the task of which includes automatic collection and distribution of selected information between the sales system and ERP software, the store was linked with warehousing and accounting software called Comarch Optima.

The goods are entered in ERP based on their

availability in the Polish warehouse. Currently,

there are works on developing this

integration carried out.

The new eCommerce system offers the most popular payment

methods e.g. by credit card, quick transfers or traditional methods.

Because of the foreign sales, also SOFORT Banking payment was introduced, especially popular in

Germany.

Buying through SOFORT Banking in The Best Sneakers, the customer is redirected automatically to an encrypted payment form and the order details are passed automatically. The seller receives confirmation that the transfer order was made and can start order performance immediately which saves much time.
