Negative Points:-

•As compare to the scale of site the green belt provided is very less

•In appropriate pedestrian pathways and absence of cycle tracks

•The percentage of commercial area to the total site area is quite less

•No pre primary, primary school has been provided in the site

•Accident prone circulation of the vehicular roads.

•There is no separate water storage tank provided for the housing schemes.

Positive points :-

•Different type of modules for each class

•Privacy is maintained in the cluster planning for each class

•Since, the water body is flowing adjacent to the site resulted in the high water table, so, instead of basement parking stilts floors are provided for parking

•Surface parking are provided only for visitors

•Integrated Landscape design.

•Children’s playing area is provided away from the vehicular roads.
