Presence of open courtyard, parking spaces giving a filling of openness. This spaces also helps a

great deal in the ventilation.

Trees planted on both sided of the streets create a canopy for the residence to walk under.

Openings such as balconies are well planned, so as to provide good lighting and ventilation.

The negative spaces crested due to the arrangement of buildings were made green spaces.

Retaining the contour land, helped in the drainage and also provided water logging problem.

The parsik hills, behind the colony, creates a picturesque view.

Negative points

Absence of markets and hospitals is the major concerns of the residence as they have to travel all

the way to neural for emergencies.

Leakage issues during the monsoons security are the other woes of the residence.

The distance between two buildings at some places was barely 10ft.which restricted light and

ventilation.

The elderly and handicapped faced problems due to the no. of steps and no ramps available.

The garages apace allotted to the row houses were converted to store rooms due to which cars had

to parked on the roads.
