111. Installation1 Before using, check up the vibrator whether it is affected during

transportation or with damp and whether the bolt is loose or not.2 Check up the nameplate whether it is up to the requirement or not.

3. It must be installed on glazed fixe d flat without any pore andcranny.

V Adjustment of eccentric blockl . Change of Centrifugal force can be realized by adjusting the angle

of eccentr ic block.

eccentric block, turn 180 of corresponding number o f eccentric

4. Adjustment of round eccentric block(vide illustrate)

4. . Loosen the bolt (no. 4 of adjustable eccentric block (no. 3) to

be turned freely on axes. It is unnecessary to take down the fasteners

of the tnro sides o f the axes and loosen the bolt of fixed eccentric

block (no. 6 near top cover. Do not take down rivet of the scale whenAdjus t ing and a s s u re t he d i r ec t io n and an g le o f t he two-sidc

eccentric blocks are the same, otherwise it will affect the work

and vibration offect of the vibrator

4.2.Adjust eccentric block according to the needed centrifugal force

The centrifugal force is maximal when the centerl ine of eccentric

block notch (no. 5) points to 100 of the centrifugal force dial (no.
