The site is located in G-Block of Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. The Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) is a master planned commercial precinct spanning 317 ha in the suburbs of Mumbai (Bombay).

Site C-66, abuts the Mumbai Cricket Association, a development about 5.2 ha, which houses an ‘Indoor Cricket Academy’.

This is adjoining to the upcoming Convention Centre site being developed by Reliance. Also in close vicinity is a development of about 4ha allotted for establishing USA Consulate.
