At Gohar Texti le state of the ar t equipment f rom Europe converts 70 tons of cotton per day through the various stages of manufacturing and into an array of products . We have 6 factories and 3 ,000 staf f members spread across 150 acres of land in Faisalabad, Pakistan combined with a manufacturing faci l ity in Manchester, UK to ensure consistent output and the qual ity Gohar Texti le is synonymous with . 3GOHAR TEXTILE - 2020

In 1980, four family members opened their own texti le company in the UK to fulf i l demand in the texti le industry. The ensuing success rapidly required diversif ication into fashion bed l inen and qui lts for the retai l market and the company acquired an enviable reputation within the texti le industry for the qual ity of its products and ef f icieny of its service . By 1984 the company had grown and developed at such a phenomenal rate that fur ther investment was made in equipment to manufacture household qui lts , cur tains and bed l inen . Due to increased demand an integrated operation was opened in Pakistan in 1990. By 1993 the mil l was producing printed and dyed bedding and f i l led products including qui lts , pi l lows , mattress toppers and protectors . Today, a new generation of family members fur ther enhance the ski l ls and expertist the founders brought to the loom.

Monoforts thermosol dyeing machine for disperse reactive and VAT dyeing for medium to dark shades with a capacity of 45 ,000 meters per day.

DYEING


State of the ar t Reggiani panel machine with working width of 3 . 2 meters . We can print upto 13 colours and a printing capacity of 10,000 meters per day.
