PLACE YOUR ORDERIf you’re placing your order with us in store, bring your completed form to Customer Services where colleagues will take note of when you’d like to collect your order and what time would suit you best. We offer a one-hour collection window. See the full terms and conditions below for more information.

4. COLLECT YOUR ORDERWhen your collection day comes around, pop into your chosen store at your selected time, collect your order and pay the outstanding balance if required. Please bring your order confirmation with you, or show us the confirmation email on your smartphone. Take your order home and enjoy your gathering.

2. CHECK THE TIMINGS WORK You’ll need to allow

4 6 or 8 days between placing your order and collecting it, depending on the products you choose. If you order more than one product, the longest collection time applies for the whole order, so check the product descriptions in this guide or the ‘Allow’ column on the order form.

Our price range is an estimate. Completed order forms must be taken to Customer Services for processing. At the time of your purchase you will be required to check and sign the order form to confirm that the products and quantities listed are correct. A deposit of £20 is required at the time of order. If your order total is less than £20, you’ll need to pay the whole balance at the time of order. Any outstanding balance to be paid on collection. If you place your order online with a More Card and pay for your order in full you will receive More points immediately. If you place your order in store or online with a More Card but just pay a £20 deposit you will receive More points when you collect your order and pay the final balance. Collection date and time to be confirmed when order is placed, with an hourly collection window on the selected date. Earliest date for collection is three days after your order date, i.e. if you order on a Monday you can collect from the following Thursday. You’ll need to allow three, four, six or eight days between when you place your order and when you collect it, depending on the products you choose. If your order contains more than one product, the longest collection time applies for the whole order. Orders can be amended or cancelled online or over the phone. The final cut-off date for order amendments or cancellations is four days prior to your collection date, unless one of the following three points applies: 1. You cannot remove or change the quantity of an existing product or add a new product to your order if the ordering time of the product exceeds the days until your collection slot. 2. You cannot change your collection slot if your order contains a product with a lead time that exceeds the days until your collection slot. 3. Orders that are placed for collection within three days from the date of order cannot be cancelled or amended. This does not affect your statutory rights. Alcohol products may only be purchased by persons 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required at order and collection.
