• 86% indicated they are interested in switching service providers.
• 77% were NOT satisfied with the speed of their current provider.
• Over 50% are paying more $80 a month for Internet access.
• 46% wanted help with in-home Wi-Fi network set-up.
• 45% of the respondents use DSL, Satellite or Cellphone (Hotspot)
