Why the quote?

People often wish good luck before competing in a sport, if someone is truly good at something it shouldn’t be about luck, it should be about their skill in the sport.

Why the picture?

I chose a sport people often connect with luck and put the quote saying that it’s all about skill and not luck.

Why the font?

I had thought that the person who had first said it was a Russian magician, so I had decided to have a Russian styled font. After learning that it was not a Russian quote I decided to keep it the way it was due to how the text looked sure and more of a statement than a suggestion.

Why the font color?

I chose red because it stood out against the background and also was close to the same color as the bull’s eye. I then put a black shadow on the text to make it stand out even more.
