THE NEXT STEPS

Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £10.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. A deposit of £10.00 per person for New Year’s Eve and £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve accommodation is required.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders by Saturday 1 November. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

CHRISTMAS DAY CARVERY LUNCH

Join us for a traditional Christmas Day Carvery Lunch and do not lift a finger. The festive day includes a welcome drink, three-course carvery lunch with coffee, novelties, crackers and hats as well as a table magician. Tables are available at 12:30pm, 1:00pm and 1:30pm in both the Cranfield Suite and New Horizons Restaurant. Please note that the restaurant will be reserved for adult guests only.
