    BE IT ORDERED: that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed tonotify and warn such of the inhabitants of the City of Medford, as were qualified by lawto vote for candidates at the State Election on Tuesday, November 4, 2008, toassemble at the polling places in their respective wards and precincts, then and there togive in their votes for: a PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT; a UNITED STATESSENATOR; a CONGRESSMAN from the 7 th Congressional District; a GOVERNORS

    COUNCILLOR from the 6th

    District; a STATE SENATOR from the 2nd

    MiddlesexDistrict; a REPRESENTATIVE in the General Court from either the 23rd, 35 th or 34thMiddlesex District; a REGISTER OF PROBATE from Middlesex County; and such othervacancies as may exist or occur; all questions that appear on the ballot, and the polls ofsaid State Election shall open at 7:00 A.M. and remain open until 8:00 P.M.BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: that the following named polling places be and they arehereby designated for use at the State Election on November 4th, 2008.
