1. SPECIFICATION RELATED NOTES SPECIFICATION RELATED NOTES A. ALL CONSTRUCTION WILL CONFORM TO THE MOST CURRENT YUMA COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND STANDARD ALL CONSTRUCTION WILL CONFORM TO THE MOST CURRENT YUMA COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. B. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO CONSTRUCT THE WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS AND IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO CONSTRUCT THE WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
