CITY-LINK originally founded in 1979 by a visionary entrepreneur, David Tan, has come a long way since its first modest two-office operation. Today the company has more than 110 express and drop-in centers in strategic locations countrywide still growing and expanding. With two subsidiary companies, CITY-LINK Air Cargo and CITY-LINK Logistics, CITY-LINK is a fully integrated courier service provider offering domestics and international customers total logistics solutions.

CITY-LINK has offices in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Strategic alliances have also been established in joint ventures with Indonesia, Philippines, India, Pakistan, Myanmar, South Korea, Japan, Brunei, Australia, and the United States of America. CITY-LINK web based Proof of Delivery (POD) of our consignment note has enabled all domestic and international customers to keep track of their consignment status. City Link Express takes pride for being a home-grown courier service company which has more than 25 years of history. Since its humble beginning, the company has evolve among one of the leaders in the local courier market front. City Link is recognized being a pioneer in the introduction of bar-coded consignment notes, infusing the latest Information Technology to its own purpose-built head office with warehousing facilities. This clearly gives an indication of the vision of the entire City Link Group.

City Link is the only Malaysian courier company that spreads its wings to the international front. With offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, China and Taiwan, the Company has position itself as a regional courier service provider. Such presence enable the formation of strategic alliances with counterparts in India, Pakistan, Korea, Sri Lanka, Japan, Australia, UK, USA and Canada. The alliances are continuously growing, adding on further City Link's service coverage areas.

City Link offers a special one rate for shipments within Peninsular Malaysia, and one rate for East Malaysia shipments. This is only possible with high coverage service areas such as that of City Link's. The company also offers very competitive rates for international shipments through its own regional offices and strategic partners.

To add further, City Link has receive ISO 9001:2000 status certified and accredited by SGS and UKAS accordingly.

When you have urgent shipments to be delivered, whether in Malaysia or the World; use City-Link Express. From collection to delivery, we will ensure your shipments will arrive on time.

Before 10am • Door-to-door delivery before 10am, on the next working day.• City-Link Express couriers will collect shipment from sender’s location and

deliver to receiving address, the next day.• Sender can also visit our branches or drop-in centres to handover the

shipment for us to deliver.• Not applicable if delivery address is a residential area.• Service is only available to Peninsula Malaysia Only.• Express shall not be held responsible should recipient decline to

acknowledge or receive the shipment.
