CLEVELAND COMMUNITY MIKVAH EXTERIOR RENDERINGS

Rav Moshe Feinstein, of blessed memory, writes that every

community must build a Mikvah in a safe place where the privacy of

those who use the Mikvah will be preserved. He strongly encouraged building a Mikvah with the highest

aesthetic and hygienic standards to promote Mikvah attendance by even

the most discerning individuals.

THE FIRST MIKVAH IN CLEVELANDWAS BUILT IN 1924.

Since then, various Mikvaos have been built and have served as a bedrock of family purity and continuity for the Cleveland Jewish community. In the past few years, the Cleveland community has experienced tremendous growth, and the need to build a new community Mikvah has arisen. Regular usage of the existing Mikvaos has increased, putting strain on the current facilities. As the community continues to grow, plans have been put into place to build a new, beautiful, modern, state-of-the-art Mikvah. The Cleveland Community Mikvah will be located at 2588 South Green Road in University Heights, and has been designed to meet the current and projected future needs of our community.

THE NEW MIKVAH, UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF RABBI ELIYAHU STERN, EXPERIENCED MIKVAH CONSULTANT, WILL FEATURE:

14 luxurious state of the art preparation rooms with modernfixtures and amenities, including a beautiful bridal suite

2 Mikvaos built to the highest halachic standards

Accommodations for the physically challenged

A centrally located building with ample parking, increased security, and sufficient lighting

Beautiful landscaping which will provide privacy for Mikvah users
