CLIFF NOTES FOR QUICK HOME SHOWINGS 15 Minute Showing Notice

1. BREATHE & DON’T PANICK! 2. Make Beds, turn every light on as

you go from room to room. 3.Grab laundry basket(s), throw

clutter items into baskets and put them into your car. You can sort through it when you return.

4. Empty all trash cans and take to the trash either immediately or on your way out the door.

5. Neatly hang your show towels up in the bathrooms and close all toilet seats.

6. Wipe down all counter tops and sinks with a damp towel.

1. Do everything on the 15 minutes showing notice version list above. 2. Vacuum carpeted areas. 3. Sweep hard surface flooring areas and also spot mop. 4. Clean mirrors with windex or use vinegar and water solution. 5. Scrub toilets and wipe down tubs. 6. Clear kitchen counter tops, put dishes into dishwasher, all dish scrubbers and materials

should go under the sink cabinet. 7. Give kitchen cabinets quick wipe down. 8. All laundry should be folded and put away. If not, put laundry into

laundry basket and put into car to take care of after the showing.
