I n 2016, ACMEC entered into a contract with CloudCME to transition our CME database, including member transcript credit reporting, to their platform. Over the past year, we

worked with the CloudCME team to build out the platform to the new personalized ACMEC portal, complete with a new look, which you can access at https://acmec.cloud-cme.com. To reiterate, the CloudCME system allows active ACMEC members to:

    ▪ Access your transcript online ▪ View/download certificates for select activities ▪ Upload/record external CME credits ▪ Browse calendar of events ▪ Connect via mobile app ▪ Update your contact information ▪ Reset your password In the coming months, we will be loading addi-tional content to the portal to allow you to do the following for select activities/series:

    ▪ SMS text your attendance ▪ View select Grand Rounds session recordings ▪ View/download activity presentations and

    materials

    ▪ Complete evaluations ACCESSING THE ACMEC PORTAL While information has been transferred from our old database to the new CloudCME system, mem-bers who have not already done so need to log in to the new ACMEC portal to finalize their ac-count set up. To do so, please go to the website below, and log in using the temporary username and password provided in your welcome letter. Once logged in, you will be directed to update your profile. If you are not automatically directed, click on My CME button in the top right corner of the homepage to access your information.

Please review the information under the Profile page to ensure it is up to date. It is particularly important for you to update your email address as this will serve as your username for the ACMEC portal moving forward. Lastly, once your profile is updated and you click Submit, you may reset your password to one you prefer. To do so, first log out of the system. When taken to the login page, click on Sign In, and then click on Forgot Your Password?. The system will send an email with instructions on how to reset your password to the updated email in your profile. Please be advised that some or-ganizations have tight firewalls that may prevent the message from coming through or will divert it to your junk. The message will come from Cloud-CME , so please make sure to add this to your safe-senders list. RECORDING EXTERNAL CME CREDITS A highlight of our member benefits includes the ability to have ACMEC track external CME cred-its, and add them to a member’s transcript. This allows members to use the ACMEC Online CME Credit Report as their main repository for CME information, listing both ACMEC-certified activi-ties and out-of-area meetings in one place. While in the past members needed to send ACMEC a copy of their CME certificate for an external meeting or conference, members will now be able to record these external credits themselves, upload a copy of their certificate, and have it listed on their transcript instantaneously through the My CME >> Transcript section of the ACMEC por-tal. In the new system, these credits will be listed separately from ACMEC-certified activities to help ensure reviewers know these credits have been self-reported. ACCESS TO TRANSCRIPT In our old system, once login information is creat-ed, it is rarely deleted. Therefore, while credits are no longer tracked once membership has lapsed,

past members have still been able to access older credit information. However, while the new sys-tem will have credit information for both mem-bers and non-members as part of our activity man-agement, only members with current/active mem-berships will be able to access the system/transcript report. MOBILE APP If you have an Apple iOS device (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad), or an Android device, you can download the CloudCME app to your device. The app provides rapid access to most of the features available in the portal, including your CME tran-script and the calendar. To use the app, download it to your device and login using our organization code of ACMEC. Once you enter the code, you will enter the same username (email) and password that you use to access the portal. The app will remember your login, so the organization code and login are one-time steps. Once you are logged in, select any button in the app to view that section. TROUBLESHOOTING Should you have any problem logging in, please contact us at [email protected]. If you are having trouble navigating the ACMEC portal, please check out the Help section for assistance. We thank you in advance for your patience as we roll out additional features and content, and look forward to your feedback!
