Crossroads Teen Driving
• Crossroads Teen Driving is a program of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin
• We partner with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and State Farm
• Our second year working with the Wisconsin’s Career and Technical Student Organizations
National recognition
•Presented our partnership in November at national conference for injury prevention professionals•Schools shared their work at the Governor’s Conference on Highway Safety in August

Badger High School
Badger High School FCCLA made an interactive SMART board lesson to teach students at Star Center Elementary about the importance of seatbelt safety. They then made seatbelt pillows to motivate students to buckle up!
South Milwaukee High School
South Milwaukee FCCLA and HOSA organized a school assembly with activist Valetta Bradford, whose child was injured by a distracted driver. They followed up with simulators, safe driving pledges, and shirts with their pledge message.
