Where are all the Statisticians?

• In Newcastle I am the only statistician.

• This means that collaboration is essential on many levels:• Departmental collaboration with

fellow statisticians on other sites.• Collaboration with Modelling experts• Collaboration with practitioners -

capability building.

• “Club” for those interested in Modelling.

• Modelling includes Statistical / Empirical Modelling as well as first principal modelling.

• Program of sharing, training, coaching and collaborating.

• Extensive “Connect and Develop” program globally working with Universities on a large number of projects.
