the subject lands from low density Residential to a site-specificHigh Rise Mixed Use designation; and,
2. Zoning By-law Amendment File Z.13.036, specifically to amendZoning By-law 1-88 to rezone the subject lands from AAgricultural Zone to RA3 Apartment Residential Zone and OS1Open Space Conservation Zone, with site-specific zoning

own and with 3 land-use planners 9 deputations presented
Started an Email Address, Facebook Page,Website and Twitter Account Consulted with local politicians and ward
councilors Attained a Lobbyist and met with City staff
Canvassed TW neighbourhood to inform all theresidents about the issue
