Starting from the common vision andmission to help more clients win marketcompetition through marketing research,Kelik Harjono and Bambang SL Tobingagreed to form a business entity inmarketing research.
In February 27, 2004, the company whichwas named PT Global Insight Indonesia,officially established. Pixel Research is abrand name under the auspices of thiscompany.
Since its inception, Pixel Research hasassisted many domestic and internationalcompanies in conducting marketingresearch in Indonesia.

It is important for us to be acknowledged by the market as the good choice for marketing researchpartner Indonesia. Thus, since 2007 we joined ESOMAR and PERPI.
We got international recognition by being accepted as a member of ESOMAR on May 14, 2007.Pixel Research is a member of ESOMAR that enabling better research into markets, consumers,and societies worldwide. Please see our profile in ESOMAR on www.esomar.org. As a member, weare committed to the highest professional and ethical standards embodied in the ICC/ESOMARCode on Market and Social Practice.
In local perspective, we are active as a member of PERPI (Perhimpunan Riset PemasaranIndonesia), a marketing research society of Indonesia. Kelik have been chosen as the Head ofHuman Capital in PERPI’s committee in 2012 – 2016, and in 2018 he also appointed as theorganization’s General Secretary for committee of 2018 - 2020.

Bambang SL Tobing was graduated from MathematicsDepartment, University of Indonesia. Bambang focusedon quantitative methodology. With the sharpness of hisintuition and the depth of his statistical knowledge,Bambang compiled and made several solutions whichbecame key products of Pixel Research to be offered tothe client.
Kelik Harjono completed formal education at theUniversity of Indonesia in the Faculty of Mathematicsand Natural Sciences at the Mathematics Departmentand focused on Statistics.
His interest in qualitative research methods led him jumpdeeper into the world of Qualitative Research. Kelik iscurrently the lead of qualitative team in the company.
Besides his role in the company as the Co-founder &Executive Director, he is also a lecturer at the universityfor Ethnography and consumer insight courses.
Active in various organizations both at national andinternational levels, including PERPI, Iris Network, Esomar,and others.
