1 INTRODUCTION

APZON is an IT service provider with several years of professional experience and have a team of senior professional. Apzon

is leading company in Vietnam providing services and IT solutions for enterprises in the specific areas such as telecommunication,

retail management (RMS), supply chain management (SCM), and enterprise resources planning (ERP).

As one of the first strategic partner of SAP AG in Vietnam, the leading ERP provider on the world today, APZON has been on

a mission of mine, which is brought to the its customers the best optimal solution and efficient in the management of business

The experience accumulated in more than 40 years of implementation of business management solutions to be transferred

from SAP, along with a team of consultants and technical experts having high experience. APZON gives customers maximum

2.1 Products

SAP Business One: is an ERP system provided by SAP AG Group. SAP Business One delivers the ability to access important

business information quickly as soon as you need, then make your business better. This is all including your core operations to view

in detail, insight, so you make confidently business decisions. With SAP Business One, can help you better manage every aspects

of your company including: management, customer relationship management, administration, distribution and financial – to be

more efficient, enable your employees work more efficiently at all levels.

SAP Business One components

SAP Business One is not just software but management solution that is integrated with the international standard business

processes from more than 40 years of experience of SAP AG in providing management solutions for the enterprises worldwide.

Integrated Business Processes in SAP Business One

A-HRM: is Human Resources Management software oriented to serve human resource management organization. It can

operate as standalone software or also can be well integrated with SAP Business One to create an entire management solution for

business, organization. There’re some main functions of the system as following:

- Recruitment management

- Training management

- Timesheet and payroll

- Employee profiles and labor contract.

A-DMS: is the Distribution Management System developed by AZON to help business

better managing the sales resources on its distribution channel. In distribution channel, we

often talk about the key points such as distributor, POS (Point Of Sales), sales resources. In this case, the strategic and most complex

management is distributed and spread of the sales team. With A-DMS,

that is resolved comprehensive and help business channel to operate

more accurately and efficiently. There’re some main functions as below:

- Developing and approving the sales pipe lines;

- Establish a distribution channel, POS, sales resources;

- Update the daily sales data: sales orders, the number of deliveries to

POS.

- The support functions such as timesheet (by work days, according to sales KPI), salary calculation;

- Summary and administration reports.

A-POS: is the professional Point Of Sales software, is designed to help for the sales and other business in retail store. There’re

some main functions as below:

- Sale management: order management, order payment as well as goods, price list..

- Customers and suppliers management: to manage and maintain all the data of customers & suppliers of which is contained

all the contact details and business transactions.

- Purchasing management: to support the logistics of

POS including: from purchase items/ services to

manage warehouse, invoices and payment.

- Stock management: allowed stock

management in detail of code, categories, for each

warehouse in stores as well as other stock transaction

inventory transfer and price list.

- Payment management: manage all incoming

payments, outgoing payments and cash balance under each store.

Also, the system is integrated and synchronized with SAP Business One to create a single system throughout the enterprise.

The data is synchronized automatically and continuously from POS to the ERP system at headquarter.

Apzon Common Addon: is a solution to support users in data entry tasks and create a flexibility system process (work-flows)

of SAP Business One..

- Support data entry: input of excel data files on the basic screen in SAP Business One to reduce data entry time by professional

staff using the system. Especially with the input screen large numbers enter data (inventory counting, inventory taking,

purchasing items in bulk or large numbers of the serial number, batch number..);

- Process Flexibility: customized and defined operational data stream in SAP Business One system. Each end user has their

own alert screen to inform about the pending tasks or next steps in the process

Apzon Wahouse Management System Addon: to support SAP Business One user in tasks related

to inventory management and warehouse operating system. The system is suitable for building

management mechanism barcode (barcode) in SAP Business One, as well as fully integrated with

the business processes related to storage services in SAP Business One. On the other hand the

system is also good support for portable storage device testing makes the convenient management

of import warehouse, warehouse inventory periodically. The system includes 02 components:

- Web-based component supporting the portable storage device control: support in inventory

control, import-export the goods in the warehouse which using bar code.

- Addon composition in SAP Business One: Support management operations as well as print

barcodes of printing cards in SAP Business One. Support collated data warehouse inventory and

current inventory data in SAP Business One, perform the operation automatically adjusted according to the test results

repository.
