COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE ENROLLMENT
You may access current information about your 401(k) and initiate certain transactions via our website at
www.captrustadvisors.com/freedom401k. The website is updated daily and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
In order to enroll and login you will need to confirm you have the following Operating Systems on your computer before
starting:
Supported Browsers
Internet Explorer 11* (*denotes standard mode, not ‘compatibility mode’).
Google Chrome.
Pertinent Browser Settings
Browser must allow 3rd party cookies (System may detect a ‘block’ and show warning).
Browser must allow javascript.
TO UPDATE YOUR INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER
Open your Internet Explorer icon. (If Internet Explorer is not on your desktop, you can open it by going to Start,
Programs, Internet Explorer).
To determine the version you are using, select Help and then About Internet Explorer. A pop up box will appear
that reads Microsoft Internet Explorer.
You can upgrade your browser at no charge by going to www.windowsupdate.com. You will need at least a 56k
modem. The download time may vary based on internet speed.
ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT
STEP 1: INITIAL LOGIN
Go to www.captrustadvisors.com/freedom401k
Click on the "Your Account" button, then click the "Participant Login" link.
If this is your first time logging into your account, your USER ID and PASSWORD will be defaulted and you will be
asked to change them to a personalize user ID and password.
o Next to User ID: Enter your nine-digit Social Security Number, without any spaces or dashes.
o Next to Password: Your 8-digit birthdate, without any spaces or dashes (MMDDYYYY).
o Click “Sign In.”
You will be prompted to change your Login ID and Password, as well as create Security Questions.
ENROLL IN YOUR RETIREMENT PLAN ONLINE
This six step process will guide you along and help you enroll in your account online. You will be asked to provide
Personal Information, Beneficiaries, Contributions, and to select Investment Elections.
Before you get started you will want to know your Beneficiary Information (Name, Address, Date of Birth, Relationship to
you, and Social Security Number).
STEP 1: GETTING STARTED
NOTE: The enrollment wizard will appear each time you log in until you reach your entry date.

To start the enrollment process, press the Start Enrolling button.
To decline enrollment, press the Decline button.
STEP 2: ABOUT ME
From the ‘Confirm that your information is correct’ tab, review your personal information, address and contact
information. If your personal information requires modification, please contact your company’s payroll contact
directly. Click Continue to proceed.
On the ‘Who would you like to name as your beneficiary?’ tab, you have the option to designate your primary and
contingent beneficiaries. We recommend you designate a beneficiary, however this is not required. To add this
information, select the “+Add/Update” to designate beneficiaries and click Continue. Alternatively, you can select
Skip Add Beneficiaries button to move forward to the next step.
Once you have activity in your account, you will begin to receive quarterly statements. To elect to stop paper
delivery and receive these statements electronically only, you should take the following action on the ‘How and
when would you like us to contact you?’ tab:
o Check the “Quarterly Statement” box.
o Enter and verify your email address to receive notification when your electronic statement is ready for
viewing.
o Read the Communication Disclaimer and agree by checking the “I agree” box.
o Click Continue.
STEP 3: MY RETIREMENT GOALS
This step of the enrollment wizard allows you to set your retirement goals. To utilize this feature, complete the
information on each of the four steps below. Alternatively, you can click “Skip Retirement Goals” to move to STEP
4. You can always update your retirement goals later.
o Enter your current Annual Income.
o Select the age you would like to retire and the percentage of you current income you would like to have in
retirement.
o Review your current retirement savings and add any other retirement income outside of your 401(k) plan.
o Review and adjust your plan to meet your retirement goals.
STEP 4: MY CONTRIBUTIONS
Check the ‘Sign me up for Auto Increase’ box, if you want your deferral rate to automatically increase at the next
increase date. Select the View Details link for more information. This option will only appear if permitted by your
plan.
Enter your contribution election(s).
Click “Continue to My Investment Choices”.
STEP 5: MY INVESTMENT CHOICES
Select the My Own Investment Choices radio button and click Continue.
Enter your New Investment Allocations (must total 100%) and click Continue.
Review and click Submit Changes.
STEP 6: SUMMARY
Review all of the elections you have selected.
To modify any of your elections, click the Make Changes link next to the appropriate section.
To accept your elections, press Complete Enrollment.
COMPLETE!
You will receive a notice that your enrollment is complete.
Click “Continue to my Retirement Home Page” to return to your account.
