Teachers are busy organising Stage 3 and 2 camps, Kindergarten Orientaon, Soiree, the Intensive Swimming Program, all the end of year events and high school transion, as well as their teaching, assessment and wring reports. Please see overleaf for a list of important dates for this term for your calendar. Food and Film Fesval The P&C Food and Film Fesval is on the Saturday 26th October and is a fabulous event. The P&C commiee has been working very hard and there are some wonderful food stalls being run by our amazing parent volunteers from lots of our community cultural backgrounds. Tickets are on sale online. Please see the informaon from the P&C in this newsleer. This is a fabulous community event and I look forward to seeing you there. Parent Informaon Required by the School When parents enrol, the school collects informaon including address, contact details and emergency contacts. These details are obviously very important for the school for communicaon. It is essenal that this is updated when there are changes in these details. This can be done through Skoolbag or in wring to the school office. Student Supervision Before School The weather is warming up and it is tempng for parents to allow children to come to school before 8:55. While it is appreciated that many families have two working parents and may find it difficult to delay their departure for work unl the school's supervision begins, at 8:55am. There are several Before Care services that service our school and informaon on them is available through the school office. Alternavely, you may be able to make arrangements with friends for supervision of your children before school. We appreciate your support to keep our students safe. Parent Forum Are you curious to find out how classes are formed? I will be holding a parent forum on this topic on Wednesday November 6th at 6:30 pm, before the P&C AGM at 7pm. This is a repeat of the dayme session held at the end of Term 2. The session will also include informaon on composite classes. All parents are welcome. NAP Civics and Cizenship Assessment Next Tuesday 20 Year 6 students (selected randomly by ACARA) will take part in a trial Civics and Cizenship assessment. Notes have been sent home with these students today and a copy is included in the newsleer. Finally, the 3-6 Musical was a great success and a wonderful experience for our children. Principal’s Message

Welcome back to Term 4. Teachers are busy organising Stage 3 and 2 camps, Kindergarten Orientation, Soiree, the Intensive Swimming Program, all the end of year events and high school transition, as well as their teaching, assessment and writing reports. Please see overleaf for a list of important dates for this term for your calendar.

Food and Film Festival

The P&C Food and Film Festival is on the Saturday 26th October and is a fabulous event. The P&C committee has been working very hard and there are some wonderful food stalls being run by our amazing parent volunteers from lots of our community cultural backgrounds. Tickets are on sale online. Please see the information from the P&C in this newsletter. This is a fabulous community event and I look forward to seeing you there.

Parent Information Required by the School

When parents enrol, the school collects information including address, contact details and emergency contacts. These details are obviously very important for the school for communication. It is essential that this is updated when there are changes in these details. This can be done through Skoolbag or in writing to the school office.
