Our Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) Program is an annual maintenance agreement thatincludes 1-2 visits per year. Value to the customer is time, savings and the most complete andthorough tune-up available in Northern California. By enrolling in one of our ProtectionPlusor ServicePlus maintenance programs below, you start receiving all the benefits that theAll Weather Heating & Air Conditioning Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) Program hasto offer. Benefits such as emergency service, a free precision tune-up, extended equipmentlife, preferred customer status, peace of mind, and MUCH MORE! Our maintenance agreements are designed to save you money, and time, while providing the peace of mindknowing your system is running properly and at its peak efficiency. Also in the event of aproblem or emergency, you have a professional standing-by to respond to your needs!

We have two plans to choose from; Preventive Maintenance or Extended Coverage Plan.We perform inspections all through the year. This means our customers can sign up andget the same value no matter what time of year.

ProtectionPlus Maintenance Program $24.95 per month q 1 Visit q 2 Visits Customers enrolled in the ProtectionPlus Maintenance Program will benefit from one yearly super tune-up, to include all tune-up procedures. This includes a Safety Inspection for their Heating and Air Conditioning Systems and a complete cleaning. No diagnostic fees and no fees and no charge for parts and labor on most minor repairs. A savings of up to $252 per repair! This provides peace of mind with the knowledge that you are covered when you have a breakdown. Prior to the start of this program a paid inspection of the existing system is required to make sure it meets the guidelines of our agreement plan terms.

qCustomers enrolled in the ServicePlus Maintenance Program will benefit from 1 yearly super tune-up and safety inspection, to include all tune-up procedures, plus a 10% discount on all repairs and a 5% discount on new equipment.

We give all Energy Savings Agreement Customers a twenty four hour response time. This means you are always first no matter what type of weather.
