Thanks for your support and participation!
Dear Foodservice Colleagues:
We would like to personally thank everyone, both attendees and exhibitors, for their participation and support in our 32nd year of the PMA Foodservice Conference & Expo. As attendees over the years, we have always enjoyed and appreciated the uniqueness of this conference. As Chairs of the event, we have gained an even deeper appreciation of the value these three days provide to foodservice professionals looking for ways to grow their business. The PMA Foodservice Conference & Expo is the only event totally focused on the role of fresh produce in foodservice. We draw enthusiastic attendees from around the country and across the supply chain because they recognize that this venue offers education on the newest trends and provides the opportunity to both enhance and build relationships that truly impact their business. This year’s theme, “Innovate the Plate,” underscores the accelerating speed with which new ideas are coming to market and finding their way to the table. The Foodservice Planning Committee has worked especially hard to deliver the programs and attract the exhibitors that will help us all leave inspired, informed and better prepared for the future. As businesspeople, we recognize that coming to the PMA Foodservice Conference & Expo is an investment. We speak for everyone at PMA when we say that our hope is that you realize an amazing return. We are confident that you will go home with new ideas, guaranteed to make your business smarter and stronger.

In the early 1990s, Felicity Robson-Rous’ father had questions about fresh cut trends in other parts of the world and what they meant for One Harvest, his family business in Australia. He looked to PMA for international connections and insight.
Today, One Harvest markets its fresh cut mangos, avocados and watermelon in Australia, the United States and Europe, thanks to partnerships PMA made possible. And Felicity and her brothers continue to rely on PMA to keep One Harvest globally competitive.
