Benelli concierge service replaces defective product within 10-14 days to the client in Australia on stocked products.

Special Made Orders are subject to confirmation with Benelli.

Warranty Costs:

Benelli pays for all shipping associated with warranty products.

Compliances & Certificatation:

All Benelli products are manufactured to Australian standards and are provided with the requisite certification and compliances documents. Example: WELS and WATERMARK.

Samples & Prototypes:

Subject to availability Benelli can provide samples and prototypes for all products.

Delivery Timeframes:

Benelli co-ordinates with our clients to confirm a delivery schedule in pre-production, and guarantee onsite delivery times.

Transit Damage / Costs:

If any products are damaged in transit, Benelli will cover the cost of replacement.

Insurance:

All Benelli products are fully insurance for marine cargo, product and public liability.

Warranty Labour Service:

Benelli service/labour for defective product is subject to Benelli’s warranty terms and conditions.

Specification / Handover Documentation:

Benelli provides all specifications and handover documentation for our clients convenience.
