My attached resume outlines all that I could offer your organization. Here's the overview:
I'm currently a Transportation Manager / Quality Control Manager / Inside Sales Coordinator for Nationwide Tank and Pipe. Here I handle all aspects of the transportation department. This involves transporting tanks, which are all oversize and consist of permits, pilots, route surveys and sometimes police escorts. I handle all State Audits and TXDOT Audits as well as 2290's, MCR-150's, TX-IRP, DOT Certification, FMCSA Compliance, Records, IFTA tracking and filling. It’s definitely a full time job that requires me to stay on my toes and alert.
I also handle Quality Control for all tanks. I check and recheck the inside and outside of the tanks to make sure they meet all the customers’ requirements. I keep spreadsheets for many of our customers. This helps to keep them up to date on the progress of their inventory we are building for them. I keep tight records and files on every tank and customer we have. I keep close contact with all the customers via phone, email and fax. I make sure to coordinate all deliveries with the customer, my drivers, the sells rep. and the VP. This keeps everyone on the same page and reduces confusion. As well as assist our VP of Sales with anything she needs.
I wear many hats and stay busy no matter what!! I'm very versatile!!
My last State and Fed Audit was Nov. 2014. This resulted in a 100% pass and saved the company thousands. I am extremely impressed with Nationwide Tank and Pipe's reputation and would be honored to join your team.
