At the outset, the Chairman welcomed all the members of Board of Studies andthe following decisions were taken:

Item No.1: Confirmation of the proceedings of the 215th meeting of Board of Studies,COVS held on 12.7.2011 at 12.30 p.m.

Item No.2: Revision of fee for PG programme of LLRUV AS, Hisar:The fee structure of PG programme of LLRUV AS, Hisar was discussed atlength and the members felt that the present fee structure was too high forstudents. Therefore, it was concluded that a sum of Rs.28100/-(Rs.35100/- for ABT students) detailed below will be charged persemester including refundable security instead of Rs.46800/- (Rs.53800/-for ABT students).

Item No.3: Roster system may be introduced in the VLDD programmeThe roster system on the following pattern will be introduced for fillingthe seats in the VLDD programme for the year 2011-12. However, theother admission rules as mentioned in the prospectus shall not be affected.

Roster points for different categories in a block of 100 seats in the collegewould be as under:
